Patient's Oriented Services

* Patient’s Rights and Responsibility Policy is clearly stated in every patient room and in the patient’s handout.
* Patient Satisfaction
Patient satisfaction Assessment Questionnaire: to achieve the hospital’s goal of offering each patient an excellent care and experience, a patient satisfaction questionnaire is distributed to all patients. Results are then monitored by the Quality Department in order to take appropriate corrective and improvement actions.
Interdisciplinary Daily Rounds on all inpatients to assure patient satisfaction with the hospital services. These Rounds are conducted by the Quality Staff, Nursing Coordinators, Dietary and Environmental Services Manager.
* Suggestions & Complaints Boxes: These boxes are available on each floor and in each unit. The Management is very serious about having quick and positive responses to complaints and suggestions.

 

 

* Other Patient focused Services are Patient Education, Dietary Advices, Patient Informative Brochures, Patient Examination Instructions, etc
