Patients / Visitors Information

Visiting Hours:
To promote a quiet and healing environment, ,visiting is limited to 2 persons at the patient bedside at a time and the visiting hours are scheduled as follows:


From 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m.
From 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.

Children below 12 years are not allowed to enter the patient floors.


Visting hours for Special care Units ( ICU,CCU & CSU):

From 12:00 noon till 1:00 p.m.
From 5:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m.

*Family member may stay overnight in private rooms only or upon medical need.
*Visitors with cold, fever, cough,… should not visit the patients.
*Check the nurses before bringing food & beverages to a patient in case he/she has a special diet.

It is expected that visitors will comply with visiting hours and with the Infection Control guidelines that are related to patient’s condition.

Patients visiting one another

In order to prevent the spread of infections & diseases, patients are not allowed to visit each other.


Patients Meals:
Patients are served three meals a day:
• Breakfast at 7:00 a.m.
• Lunch at 12:00 noon
• Dinner at 5:00p.m.
It is recommended not to bring food from outside the hospital. In case the patient has any problem with the food served, the nurses should be informed to solve the issue with the Dietitian.


Cafeteria Services:
The Hospital Cafeteria “ Cafet” is located in the Ground Floor near the hospital main entrance. It offers a variety of meals, snacks, and beverages.
The Cafeteria opens from Monday until Sunday , from 7:00a.m. until 10p.m.
Room services are offered to visitors & guests upon calling Ext 1010.


Food from outside the hospital
Visitors are not allowed to bring food into the hospital. Food can be ordered from the hospital cafeteria.
Chocolates and candies are only permitted.


No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all the hospital premises.
Patients and visitors shall comply with the No smoking Decree:174


Televisions are provided in each room free of charge. They are connected to cable network.


Telephone facilities:
Phones are provided at every bedside. Patients can access external lines from their rooms by dialing (0) for operator assistance. The telephone calls are charged on the patient.


Banking Service:
An ATM machine is available for cash withdrawals only and is located at the ER entrance.


Flowers are not permitted in the Cardiology Unit, Cardiac Monitoring Unit, Intensive care Unit ( ICU), Cardiac Care Unit ( CCU) and Cardiac Surgery Unit ( CSU).
